It’s my passion to support women in creating authentic, wholehearted lives filled with love, joy, fun, and peace. I coach women in living out the life they deserve and dream of, no matter their circumstances. My style of coaching supports the whole woman- body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in supporting creative, inspiring women in coming home to themselves and living out their life purpose.
My clients fall madly in love with themselves. There is nothing sweeter in life than witnessing this magnificent transformation.
Professionalism and Experience
In 2015, the same year my deceased fiance was battling stage 4 brain cancer and while working a life-sucking state job, I enrolled myself in Accomplishment Coaching's Coaches Training Program based in San Diego, California.
It took me three long, dragged out years to finally sign up and do the life coach training program!
Believe me, I am human just like you. I know how to be afraid, procrastinate, and believe something is impossible too.
It was one of the best choices I’ve ever made! I went through a powerful, personal transformation as a result of my coach training program. I am proud to say I am a trained ontological life coach.
I support my clients in looking first at who they are being and who they want to be, and from here they create what they want to do and the actions they will take. As a result of this coaching style, my clients are authentically aligned with who they want to be and the impact they make on the world creates sustainable results (Accomplishment Coaching).
My coaching helps clients turn their "someday" life dreams and goals into today realities.
I not only have the professional training as a coach, I have some serious life experience training!
I know what it's like to have life not go your way.
I've been through a divorce, a miscarriage, the loss of my fiance to cancer, unemployed, broke, lots of fertility struggles, grief, depression, anxiety, a traumatic pregnancy and child birth, and I live with chronic illness (rheumatoid arthritis) and chronic pain. And I'm still standing (or laying down depending on my RA!).
These experiences have given me many opportunities to expand who I know myself to be. And to practice lots of love and compassion for myself and others.
In my past life, I was a super academic! I love doing research! I hold a bachelor in Mexican American Studies, a bachelor in anthropology and a masters in bicultural studies.

I have reinvented my life multiple times on my own terms due to some pretty devastating circumstances.
I am in expert in life transformation and creation!
Today, I am married to my beautiful best friend, George. And I am new mom to the sweetest baby girl EVER! That's right, I am a miracle worker! I became pregnant after 12 years of trying. Dreams do come true! I am a proud Tejana (South Texan) who loves to cook, sing and dance.
I relish and delight in dancing with my husband, cuddling my baby, a clear, blue sky, gardening, swimming in any kind of natural body of water, spoiling my four fur babies, cooking tasty healing foods, doing absolutely nothing, living out ancestral based healing practices, painting, and reading. Oh, and I live to travel! I'm in the works in fulfilling my own life dream of living abroad in Europe with my family.
